By accessing or using Thiqa's receipt and warranty management platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Thiqa provides a digital platform for managing receipts and warranties, including:
Receipt scanning and digitization using OCR technology
Warranty tracking and expiration reminders
Cloud storage for receipts and warranty documents
Analytics and spending insights
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.3 Account Security
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You retain ownership of the receipts, warranty documents, and other content you upload to our Services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Warranties regarding the accuracy of OCR results
Warranties that our Services will meet your requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIQA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or BHD 100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thiqa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Bahrain.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
